OnTime's workflow notifications have been key in letting the right persons know when something needs to be done.

OnTime serves as our integrated tracking point for all teams in a manner consistent with our workflow. Implementation was very quick, and setting up projects and roles were very easy.

In every team meeting we can see the advantages of using OnTime. We start with a short look at the OnTime database, and then everyone makes a statement about his or her activities. The average time we work on defects was cut down noticeably.

We needed a better solution to track requests and issues. OnTime is an easy to use, flexible, and customizable software development tracking tool that also helped us to establish a formal process for requests.

OnTime had the best blend of functionality for us. This included separate tracking of bugs and enhancements, a customer portal, easy configuration of custom forms and a choice of thick or thin client access.

Within a few days we had the team using it. It is easy to use and can adapt the workflow to work the way we run our projects. Customer service and developers all use the system with a common understanding of the process.

The previous solution was an open source product that was brought in by a former manager. It cost us a lot more in time to maintain and enhance than it was worth, which is why I was glad to make the switch to OnTime.

With OnTime nothing is left behind. Its reports give me an easy way of showing that to our management.

I am now completely dependent on OnTime and could not manage without it. The ROI has been more than I could have expected. The software is so easy to install and get working, it's intuitive to use and so stable! It really is a pleasure to work with and I couldn't imagine using any other tool for the job. Its reliability gives me great confidence. Having just started looking at the new features in onTime 2009, I can't wait to get this installed and am really excited about the upgrade.

Once we had introduced OnTime it allowed us to quickly monitor which bugs were left in the system, track them and get them fixed with the minimum of hassle. This allowed us to move forward and develop a resilient and feature rich product that our sales team were more than happy to sell. Introducing OnTime meant that the sales of our CMS at the very minimum doubled.
