Customer Portal allows your customers and other third parties to have limited access to your OnTime database. They can request features, report bugs, start a help ticket and watch the progress of their items.

NOTE Customer Portal for OnTime 12.0.1 does not work with IE 6 and offers limited support for IE 7. If your customers use IE 6 they will not be able to log in.
