Core components.
These videos explain how to install an OnTime Web Server. They will require a database server setup and SQL Server & IIS—refer to the videos below for help on installing these prerequisites.

1. Web Server & Customer Portal
This video covers installing the OnTime Web Server and Customer Portal. You will need to have IIS (see video 4) correctly configured on your web server before installing either of these OnTime components.
2. OnTime Services
Watch this video to learn about and how to install OnTime Services. They allow you to send emails, notifications, and alerts with OnTime.
SQL & IIS setup.
OnTime utilizes a Microsoft SQL Server for its back-end database technology. If you already have MS-SQL (any flavor) available in your environment you're good to go. If not, you can download SQL Express free.
3. Installing SQL
In this video, we cover downloading and installing SQL Express 2008 for use with OnTime OnPremises. Additional information about SQL Express can be found on Microsoft's official SQL Server website.
4. Configuring IIS
Internet Information Services is a set of internet-based services that allows the OnTime web services to function. You may find additional information on configuring IIS on Microsoft's official IIS website.
Database setup.
5. OnTime database setup
There are a few steps you'll have to take to correctly set up an OnTime database. This walk-through will help make this as painless as possible. An instance of Microsoft SQL is required (see video 3).
6. Upgrading your database
Are you upgrading your existing OnTime database? This video describes how to back up databases and use the tools built into the OnTime database setup window.
