We offer recorded courses and live training to bring your administrators, project managers, developers, support team, and other users up to speed with everything OnTime is capable of. Plus, larger teams (11 or more users) can benefit from priority support.
Existing OnTime users can sign up within OnTime
Whether an experienced OnTime user or just getting started, OnTime University helps you and your team fully utilize what OnTime can do for your development and support goals.
With a subscription to OnTime University, your team has unlimited opportunities to learn how various OnTime features operate and assist your team members' tasks. Our offerings are organized into convenient tracks focused on OnTime Scrum, OnTime Help Desk, and OnTime Team Wiki—clear, concise, and informative recorded video courses, as well as live training taught by knowledgeable instructors.
Like other OnTime products, a subscription to OnTime University is an affordable $7 a month per user. (Note: University for teams up to 10 users does not include priority support.)
Additionally, free selected classes are available for non-subscribers.
With OnTime University, teams of 11 users or more also receive Priority Support, which includes one-on-one implementation setup for your OnTime configuration with one of our support professionals. You can also expect faster response times for any issues you have with OnTime.
If you're an existing customer of OnTime, you can sign up for OnTime University in OnTime by going to Tools > Manage Account. Then, at anytime you can access your University courses from the Help menu inside OnTime. You can also view the free recorded courses and live training schedule below.
New user? When you get started free with OnTime, make sure to select OnTime University as part of your configuration, and you'll automatically be enrolled once you sign up.
