OnTime Team Wiki is designed specifically as a tool for teams. Therefore, security is necessary to ensure only authorized users can see, edit, and interact with wiki documents. These security steps include logging in for member-only access and post-login security roles that determine document access levels.
Users who have access to a wiki document, or folder containing many documents, may opt-in to receive notifications when those documents are modified.
If you desire to open up your wiki to non-members, or even anonymously to the general public, this is possible with the addition of OnTime Help Desk, which includes a Customer Portal for OnTime products. This portal gives customers (or any third party outside of the core team) access to information in your OnTime products.
